"Empower Your Learning". Dr. Sjon Ashby, PhD will assist you in your educational journey and help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Teachers are like curators of the world's most valuable artistic treasures, and as such, they must become masters of the intricacies in the learners. The learners are not theirs as possessions so much as they are on loan for a time, so the responsibility to teach is an honor. At the heart of my teaching a desire exists to liberate learners for personal, professional, and communal growth. This occurs in an English class as learners become more literate, reading their own minds, texts, and others and presenting clearly a synthesis of new and old in required form.
