We contracted Roof Masters to install a metal roof on our home. A project manager was sent out to bid the job and give us an estimate. PM manager wanted to know what he could do to win the job. My husband explained what all we wanted done and it was written into the contract (in addition to the roof we wanted metal wrapping around fascia board). We were told no problem and they'd be back out when the materials came in. Materials came in and they were short on material because it was discovered the job was measured wrong and also the screws to tack down roof were not ordered, they came back and installed missing panel but still did not have screws and only after we said something about the screws did they send a non english speaking crew out to install screws. Then they sent a non english speaking crew back out again after we complained about the metal wrapping. They did the job but half of it was done after dark with no lights and they did a VERY POOR JOB and missed 4' section of the fascia. They sent the crew back out again with no supplies or tools except for a hammer and did not get the job done correctly. Finally after multiple phone calls, the response from the owner was "pay some one else to get the job done right, " We are done"! Once this job was rewarded to these people we never saw the project manager again and trying to reach the owner is almost impossible.
