Ricky: "Everything great! Glad I found you as you know what I went through trying to get the system operational, and the frustration I experienced with so-called auto stereo experts. The 3 months of hell I went through without "sound" for my daily commute is not something I appreciated in light of the incompetence I experienced in trying to get it diagnosed properly and repaired. Not only the time, but the waisted $$$'s earns you my gratitude for quickly coming up with a viable solution and getting sound back in the Lexus.Much appreciated and should you need a reference for your services, please let me know. -Mario PS. Being in the service industry for over 30 years I must say that your client interaction and concern was excellent."
