The first two times I used Parker's, I knew they were higher in price and also did work without asking and charged me for it. This last time however was absolutely unacceptable. I schedule an appointment, told them what was wrong with my car diagnosed from another mechanic, and took off work to bring it in. I was called later to be told they wouldn't have time to fix what was actually wrong with my car. I went to pick it up and was charged $160 for diagnosing the problem, what? I told them what the problem was to begin with. Also charge $11 for shop materials fee. Are you kidding me? When I told them I was not bringing it back and to give me specifics to take to another mechanic, I was told to make an appointment to bring it back and they would make it right?
