I have been training with "Inside Home Trainer" for just about 6 month. When I first met Sophie I had problems, due to years of pounding on the tennis court. I also had bad posture. I was just about 12lb overweight and I had severe back pain due to vertebrae disk dislocation. Sophie was patient and also understood the problems I had and made it possible for me to attain my goals regardless of my limitations. Now I am 12 lb lighter and stronger then I have ever been. My back is strong and my posture is great, the pain in my back has disappeared. I am so fortunate to meet her and would highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to take charge of their body.
