I have a Mac and have always taken it to the Apple counter at their retail stores, but my laptop has been running extra slow lately and when I took it to the Apple store they found nothing wrong with it and weren't able to improve anything but still charged me a large service fee since it had to be sent in and my insurance had expired. I found a Geeks On The Go ad in the local newspaper, took my computer in and Bob was able to fix it within a couple hours and for a very very low price. My computer now runs much faster and he was even able to clear out some extra memory space for me. Next time I have a problem I will definitely go back to geeks on the go. Thank you!
