Just wanted to say thanks (to the folks at QCG) Until we engaged QCG for Network Monitoring, we were spending about $500. every week, for an IT guy to come onsite for 1/2 day to manage & maintain our two servers. Since we engaged QCG for network monitoring, they have identified and resolved a few problems (our last IT guy told us that we needed to buy a new server to fix these problems!) and we now pay less than half of what we paid our IT guy. - thanks guys!
