I devised strategic plans, oversaw the implementation of offshore IT development and support centers and lead a team of 100+ while developing three web based financial products: tax management, electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), courtesy deed of trust, other support products( financial related applications) and corporate web portal. Had total control and responsibility to setup the necessary IT organizational structure and developed the overall corporate IT strategy. Much of the information on financial spread trades is in documents (pdf, word, etc) format and spread across thousands of sites. Converting this information into graphical user interfaces at a central Sharepoint portal is of GREAT value.
