If I could give 0 stars, or a negative rating, I would. Don't let these clowns anywhere near your site unless you have months to wait for job completion and an inspector there with them while they are doing the work. Contracted on Oct. 31st with work to begin no later than Nov. 14th and to be substantially completed by Nov. 21st. Work didn't even begin until Nov. 25th. As of Dec. 26th, it is still unfinished. Excuses abound, but what work has been done is shoddy at times (lack of proper support for handicap ramp rebuild, only one nail in ends of deck boards, fascia put in place over rotting wood that was contracted to be replaced, etc.) Complaint has been filed with BBB, and consumer fraud complaint with State Attorney General's office. Have had to contact another contractor to finish the job.

This company is not licensed by the State of Michigan to do any of this work. Any contracts they have entered into are Void. Contact Lansing licensing division. they are committing a federal crime entering into a contact with a homeowner
