From the letter I wrote to Piano Pros after my beautiful piano was delivered: "The piano is safely here! It looks and sounds beautiful. Thank you so much for helping us to choose exactly the right instrument for us. When we walked into the Piano Pros shop we thought we were beginning what would be a long and difficult process. We were surprised to see how many high-quality second-hand grand pianos were available. It was fun to talk with you about what we were looking for and very pleased that without putting any pressure on us you were able to guide us toward a great piano that also fit our budget. …You made the entire process easy and enjoyable, not at all what we were expecting. We’re looking forward to many happy hours with our new instrument." Dr. Ann Barrott Wicks Professor, Asian Art History Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
