Yoga classes and private lessons. Restorative, Core Strength Vinyasa, and Alignment oriented Hatha options available. At Om Sweet Om, you'll find a variety of weekly classes and practice options to fit your changing needs. Life changes every day - a softer practice may feel right today while tomorrow requires powerful movement. Yeah, I get that. Accepting this reality inspires me to provide you with classes that meet you where you are and leave you feeling stronger, stress free, and more empowered both on your mat and off.
Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender, experience or flexibility. All who come are welcome, and with the variety of yoga styles, class times, and locations offered (Minong, Shell Lake, Siren, and Spooner), there is something here for everyone.
Some locations provide a variety of props and mats free of charge for student use.
You can choose a quiet and meditative restorative class, a more athletic Core Strength Vinyasa class, or a detail oriented alignment based class to build good foundations and body awareness. Lorrie is trained in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga from Sadie Nardini and has a student background in Iyengar Yoga. She has completed the Teaching Children's Yoga ecourse and is certified in Kinesiological Stretching Techniques from EasyFlexibility with Paul Zaichik. Lorrie has logged almost 2000 teaching hours and has a lot of experience adapting the practice to the individual.
Slow and meditative, fast and rigorous, or somewhere in between...you'll find what you need at Om Sweet Om Yoga.
