Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender, experience or flexibility. All who come are welcome, and with the variety of yoga styles, class times, and locations offered (Minong, Shell Lake, Siren, and Spooner), there is something here for everyone.
Some locations provide a variety of props and mats free of charge for student use.
You can choose a quiet and meditative restorative class, a more athletic Core Strength Vinyasa class, or a detail oriented alignment based class to build good foundations and body awareness. Lorrie is trained in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga from Sadie Nardini and has a student background in Iyengar Yoga. She has completed the Teaching Children's Yoga ecourse and is certified in Kinesiological Stretching Techniques from EasyFlexibility with Paul Zaichik. Lorrie has logged almost 2000 teaching hours and has a lot of experience adapting the practice to the individual.
