Avoid this business!!!! Drew and his son answered a trouble call to my 84 year-old mother's house to investigate a Trane warranty problem. His mishandling of the problem included zero communication after the initial visit and resulted in further damage to my mothers home. I found nothing but ineptness from Drew and from his unqualified receptionist. Trane stepped in and called Efficient Air only to learn that Efficient Air decided they didn't want the warranty work (not enough profit in in for you Drew?). Efficient Air NEVER CALLED US but instead let us continue waiting for weeks for "parts" only to decide at some point that they did not intend to do the work.
