BEWARE I do NOT recommend doing business with Rush Properties. They do not call their customers back and rather treat them as though they don't matter. I called the "director of broker services" 4 times over a week & a half and she never bothered returning my call. When I finally got a call back (after reaching out to the VP of properties) it was made clear that Rush properties do not care about their customers nor do they value their business. I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Had I known how I would be treated BEFORE leasing commercial space from them over 7 years ago - I would have leased from a different company - one who valued my business, kept their promises and treated me well.
