A professional massage therapist since 2001, I specialize in stress reduction and pain relief. Tension ends here. My massage style follows client preferences from light and soothing to deep and challenging. My private practice is based at my office in Campbell, part of Hands On Healing Wellness Professionals. Drawing on my studies of human anatomy, I take a structural approach to find patterns of muscle tension or imbalance within the body. Always mindful of a client's comfort level, I use various massage techniques, heat therapy and stretching to coax the muscle tissue into relaxation. I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
