Grand Design Build has been creating custom homes, additions, and renovations across Toronto and the GTA since 2010. We work with homeowners in Forest Hill, Rosedale, Yorkville, North York, Etobicoke, and Thornhill who treat their home as a long-term investment rather than a transaction. Grand Design Build is HCRA-licensed, and every project we take on is delivered under a fixed-price contract. Our work is defined by a process that is genuinely rigorous, finishes that are uncompromising, and timelines we hold ourselves to. It is this discipline, paired with a deep respect for the homes we build, that sets our work apart.
