Ageing Gracefully is a boutique Pilates, yoga, and functional strength studio in downtown Brampton, Ontario. Founded by Aasia Ghauri, a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner, Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Teacher. We help build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your body. We offer Mat Pilates classes, Yoga, Functional Strength circuits, and Private 1-on-1 Sessions.
