Wesrec is a professional recruitment services firm specializing in accounting, finance and executive recruitment in Toronto, Ontario.
With over a decade of recruitment and customer service experience in Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, our founder created Wesrec with the vision of making a positive impact to peoples' lives.
Our purpose is to make dreams come true for businesses and job seekers alike.
We are working toward our purpose by recruiting with vision.
Your vision is important - for an organization to thrive it must have vision and it must have great people who share in that vision.
Vision embodies an organization's purpose, values, and objectives for the future with a plan for how to get there. People will naturally create an organizational culture through their shared values, and by uniting behind common purpose, both individual and organizational 'drive' will flourish.
You Bring Vision. We Bring People.
We offer recruitment and executive search services within fields including but not limited to:
- Executive Leadership
- Accounting
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Tax
- Audit
