I have been in private practice since 1983 and I have extensive experience working in both individual and marital therapy. My approach tends to be emotionally focused and I also help people to explore and express unresolved issues, conflicts, and feelings from their childhoods that may be negatively impacting their life and personal development in the present. The marital therapy I do, focuses on improving emotional intimacy, improving communication and conflict resolution and helping the couple to deal with any unresolved issues from their pasts that may be creating problems in their current relationship.
