Geof Simair, criminal law, Assault and Violent Offences, Theft and Fraud, Drug Offences, including Marihuana, Trials and Appeals, all We are a Victoria law firm dedicated to defending people facing criminal charges or motor vehicle related cases such as drunk driving or impaired driving. For over 16 years we have helped people facing charges ranging from shoplifting, drug possession and impaired driving, all the way to major drug cases and murder. We work in all levels of court in British Columbia, and can assist in out-of-province matters as well. Our philosophy is to out-work and out-last the opposition. Testimonials: I've had Geof Simair as my lawyer for over 10 years. In that time he has represented me on a number of serious criminal charges. Geof has always done a great job for me, and I would recommend him to all my family and friends - P.B-A : Since 1996 I have been able to rely on Geof to be succinct and thorough in his handling of my affairs. He consistently produces positive results and I very pleased with his efforts and performance. I do heartily recommend and endorse him. - Joe V.
