I offer one-to-one counselling psychotherapy.
My approach to the work involves the understanding that the hurts we experience cause wounds within us, wounds which result in us having hidden, painful thoughts and feelings which we are generally taught to avoid. As a result of this we learn over time to disconnect from our own internal experience - my belief is that this disconnection is what causes the problems we typically seek therapy for.
