Nadine uses massage (basic & advanced techniques) & reflexology to assist clients in their & well-being. Utilizing a unique approach by decreasing the activity in the nervous system first, allowing tissues to become more receptive to techniques and reduce the potential of delayed onset muscle soreness. Working just below the tolerance threshold of pain for each client. In an effort to better serve clients, Nadine takes a few continuing education courses each year.
