In my initial consultation, I gather as much information as possible regarding the client's needs and schedule, the pet's needs and schedule, veterinary and emergency contacts. I do not keep specific hours of operation and will do my best to be flexible in my availability. I will keep a client's home secure and deal with emergencies, should they arise. I have 15 years experience in the pet care industry. I am also Pet First Aid certified. My business is licensed and insured. I usually work in the west end of the city. My general service area ranges from Dixie up to Rathburn, across to the Junction to Parkdale, and along the Lakeshore. I will consider accommodation outside my general service area for owners of pets with special needs (such as insulin).
