In my work with clients, I hold a strong belief that we all have within ourselves the resources and strengths required to deal with life's challenges. I begin by creating a safe, supportive, constructive and collaborative working relationship with my clients, and encourage them to find ways of connecting with their own inner strengths and wisdom. Rather than assuming the role of "expert," I see myself as a facilitator of growth, a guide and a partner along the road to wellness.
