The Good Human Academy is a pioneering business that offers comprehensive services focused on trauma healing, somatic therapy, stress management, and personal growth. The Academy's approach to mental health is rooted in an understanding of the importance of the nervous system, the mind-body connection, vagus nerve and attachment theory. Luana Rose, the company’s founder, lives, works and plays in the greater Victoria area in BC, Canada. She developed the Good Human Academy after healing from a good dose of CPTSD symptoms and working with people around the world in 35+ countries. At the Good Human Academy, the focus is on Somatic Experiencing, a technique that helps individuals access and transform trauma stored in the body.
