Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time. If you are struggling to feel your best in these stressful times you are not alone. My goal is to help empower and support you in developing and maintaining your mental wellness. I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help with challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, anger and low self-esteem. Recognizing each individual has their own unique needs and strengths, I work from a flexible framework to enact a treatment strategy specific to you.
