I believe that creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for guided self-reflection is essential to exploring the experiences and realities that may hinder personal growth and fulfillment. Therapy is about envisioning and moving toward your preferred way of being in life. Whether counselling is sought due to a critical incident or the cumulative impact of life experiences, the opportunity to honestly explore life's dynamics-supported and constructively challenged by a qualified and caring professional-can lead to meaningful change and the achievement of personal goals.
As an experienced professional, I am committed to providing a space grounded in honesty, openness, and exploration. I take a holistic, solution-focused, and strengths-based approach that respects your beliefs, values, and choices. I specialize in working with men and Indigenous peoples, offering empathetic and culturally responsive support.
