Identity-affirming therapy for grief, chronic illness, trauma, life transitions and all the in-betweens of being human on lifes terms. I'm Debbie Airth (she/they), RTCc and founder of E.A.S.E. Into Therapy. As an Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+ therapist, I offer warm, identity-affirming, grief-literate counselling for individuals and couples navigating life's hard edges, identity shifts, grief and loss, chronic illness and pain, anxiety, trauma, and burnout. My practice blends clinical training with lived experience to create a trauma-informed, culturally attuned space where you're seen, not pathologized. Sessions are virtual across British Columbia, with sliding-scale availability. I work collaboratively to help you reconnect with your values, reclaim your voice, and find sustainable ways to cope.
