La Bamboche has officially expanded with a new branch in Toronto's Leslieville at 892 Queen Street East, opened on April 13, 2025. This bright and welcoming location continues the brand's tradition of offering French-inspired, Japanese-fusion pastries like buttery croissants, delicate macarons, tarts, cookies, danishes, and gourmet sandwiches. With an open-concept kitchen and a sunny back patio, it's the perfect daytime escape. In the evening, the space transforms into La Bamboche After Dark-a cozy Italian bistro concept. Guests can enjoy fresh pasta, artisanal pizza, curated wines, and creative cocktails, including a vibrant, matcha-based signature drink that reflects the brand's Japanese influence. This new concept blends La Bamboche's refined pastry roots with bold, savory offerings to create a unique experience from morning to night. Whether you're stopping in for brunch or settling in for dinner and drinks, La Bamboche offers an unforgettable fusion of flavors.
