At Robert Goulard Counselling Services, we provide confidential, client-centred counselling focused on personal growth, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Our work is grounded in the belief that counselling is a courageous step toward greater self-understanding and healthier ways of living. Led by Robert Goulard, a Master of Social Work and Addiction Counsellor II with over 20 years of lived recovery experience, we support individuals, couples, families, and groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship concerns. We offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where clients can gain insight, build coping skills, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
