Nick Dolbilov is the founder of OurCastle and an expert in strategic real estate stewardship. His work lives at the intersection of finance, construction, and long-term planning. He brings together technical analysis, on-site experience, and real-world practicality to help real estate organizations plan smarter, spend wiser, and protect the long-term value of their buildings. He makes sure every plan makes sense in the real world, with a sharp eye on cost, risk, and timing. His clients appreciate that he speaks both the language of engineers, property managers, and the everyday language of volunteer decision-makers.
