The hotel occupies one of Oslos most iconic buildings, a stunning Art Deco masterpiece designed in the 1930s. Inspired by the Empire State Building, the structure earned the nickname The Skyscraper. Sharing a wall with the historic Folketeateret - Oslos former Opera House until the Bjorvika Opera House opened in 2008 the hotel offers a unique blend of culture and history.
