Kolm Kontrast is Vancouver’s guided sauna and cold plunge studio, combining heat, cold, and breath to help guests build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect within. Kolm Kontrast is Vancouver’s leading guided sauna and cold plunge studio, offering a modern approach to ancient thermal therapy. Rooted in the elements of heat, cold, and breath, Kolm integrates neuroscience and mindfulness to help guests regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and restore balance in body and mind. Each session is intentionally guided, combining education, breathwork, and contrast exposure in a safe, supportive environment. Designed for both first-timers and seasoned practitioners, Kolm offers a curated experience that blends Scandinavian sauna culture with contemporary wellness practices. Located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Kolm Kontrast has become a sanctuary for those seeking recovery, performance, and presence in their daily lives. Guests can choose from self-guided or group sessions, join specialty experiences like After Hours and Relax into Self Care, or book private and corporate sessions tailored to team well-being.
