Access Wellbeing Services primary aim is to provide Employee Assistance Program services to local WA organisations. All profits re-invested Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) was established by Centrecare in 1993 as a social enterprise initiative. The primary goal of the initiative was to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to local WA organisations and now provide EAP services to over 100 organisations throughout Western Australia as well as nationally. AWS are members of the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australasia (EAPAA) and staffed by a team of experienced and professionally qualified psychologists, counsellors, social workers provide a comprehensive range of services that identify and resolve personal, family and work challenges that affect personal wellbeing as well as work performance.
