Freeform is a customer experience research company. Our goal is to help create amazing product or service experiences, through better Freeform tends to work in three main areas; CX, brand and communications research. We're experienced across a wide range of industries, but are particularly strong in B2B, service industries and Government. So how are we different? 1. We're strategists first and researchers second, which means we're really focussed on the outcomes of any project. 2. We're strong storytellers (it's what all our clients tell us) - we bring the research to life in compelling and interesting ways. 3. We're lazer focused, producing highly directional think pieces that simplify decision making and don't get bogged down in long presentations and manuscripts. We do everything from: - Customer understanding research - Brand health research - User experience / usability - Customer journey mapping and persona development - Communications research (advertising, websites etc) - Online communities to focus groups and surveys
