Mark (the owner) is a real salesman. He makes promises and then he doesn't deliver. "It'll look beautiful", he says. Now I am left with a set of shutters that won't close properly. Unsightly nail holes in the frames and poor installation in general. He collected the money before installation was complete. Once he had my money, he was in no rush to fix his errors. Two months go by and no response to my complaints. Stay away. Find another source for your shutters. I do not recommend Mark and Blinds Blinds Blinds.
