Taiso currently offers both Recreational (boys and girls), Competitive (boys) gymnastics, Tumbling, Trampoline, Drop-In, Cheer and Party programs. The Taiso Gymnastics Club (Taiso) was started by Dr Keith Russell in 1979 at the University of Saskatchewan. Keith Russell remains an active participant at Tasio and within the gymnastics environment generally, having been recently elected to the position of President of the FIG Scientific Commission. Taiso is a non-for-profit High Performance gymnastics club situated in the North End of Saskatoon. Taiso is a one of 6 National Training Centres for Men's gymnastics in Canada. We offer a friendly family orientated environment for all involved. Taiso is run by an elected volunteer board consisting of 4 "Executive members" plus 3-4 other non executive positions.
