I phoned TG Minto to enquire about a job opening... but instead, I was directed to report an absence or to dial "the party's" extension, if I know it. Several questions arise: how would I know the extension of the HR department? And also, how are the public supposed to contact TG Minto in Palmerston, Ontario, on the listed number when it only gives instructions on how to report an absence or to dial someone's extension? Why does this international company not have someone to assist the public with general enquiries, such as how to contact the HR department. If the listed number is wrong, and if the recorded message is wrong, why don't they correct it? This is the 21st century, with all kinds of amazing technology, so why is TG Minto still in the early 20th century with regards to their telephonic technology? TG Minto management, surely you have the budget to correct or update your contact information as well as your telephonic response? Please correct this as it cause unnecessary frustration to the general public.
