Their toner cartridge ruined our brand new $3000 copier. Itemex claimed we were getting OEM cartridges but it was a used refilled cartridge and it leaked all over the inside of our printer and even the floor. When we called to get an explanation we were hung up on. Very bad business.

Our printer is completely ruined because someone used an itemex toner in it and it leaked everywhere. We tried calling them to complain and atleast get a refund for the toner but the staff was extremely rude and hung up on us.
