Smooth Talker - You will feel like you found an honest and hardworking individual...UNTIL you pay him.
mid June we contacted him, everything seemed great, communication and follow up.
Most of my order was delivered, only half was installed. Parts were missing and "needed adjustments" the build wasn't completed. nor are the parts we ordered on site.
The quality of what was delivered is sub par and is ALREADY falling apart
Delivery was delayed and it took over a month to get him to our site. on June 23rd 2020 he installed the first part of the docks and they would be back to finish up later this week with the remaining items. It's now Aug 11th and he has been dodging my calls texts and messages

My advice to anyone looking for a good quality dock look for a professional company, be a little more but expect a lot more!

If you are looking for a great deal on a dock, if you are looking for a wonderful salesman, if you are looking for all the right words and promises, THEN, you have found the company that will do all of that for you.....However, check out the Better Business Bureau's complaints and reviews of them, study their facebook reviews and google reviews, understand that they operate under 3 different business names, (The Quick Dock, My Cottage Shop), and then you will be up to speed on what will happen next when they have taken your money and you don't hear back from them! We only heard back from them when we wrote the truth about what they did to us over the last 2 plus years, and so many others are in the same boat....one which is sinking, cause the dock isn't there to tie up to!!!!!
