AWFUL AWFUL and AWFUL is the best way to describe this place, the service and the quality of the frames/lenses. I will make this short and sweet on here as I am going as high as I need to get justice here. This place is unacceptable! Bought glasses scratch resistant coating $300.00 for ONE PAIR the very FIRST DAY they got scratched on the lenses, brought them in and they said too bad, not covered under warranty even after not even one FULL DAY??!!! Bought a second pair at another $300.00, within a couple weeks they fell off with the side part still on my ear. AGAIN, brought them in, they were rude and condescending and said I had to pay to repair them. They actually accused me of breaking them some other way???!!! I REFUSED to give them another cent and I am on a mission to make sure no one else does either!!! Do not waste your money on cheap glasses! If you end up needing service within a very reasonable amount of time not only will you not get it, they will treat you terribly in the process. I brought the glasses to another optician and he said that the mechanism in the side was loose and that's why they fell off. He also said that my first pair of lenses that got scratched the first day were NOT quality or scratch resistant in anyway an showed me the difference as well.
