The Hawker Village Bakery in Canberra was established by the Topp family who still put their hearts into continuing to supply the community .

The doors open nearly every day of the year at 6 am in the morning with freshly baked products and that wonderful aroma that keeps customers coming back for another fix. The shop is emptied every night and various charity groups and needy farmers collect the leftover products leaving the bakery staff to scrub the bakery ready for another day.
