We bought two stools. One box was delivered. The seats were in the box but no legs. We are unable to speak to anyone. We paid $249. That's disgusting.

I suggest that when you run a business like this that it should be run effectiveatly and properly. I dont think you do this. When I purchased a Product of yours through Groupon I did not receive the whole item. Since then Ive contacted you and Groupon and you have not done a god dam thing about it. A problem so easily fixed and none of you seem capable of doing it. So I would look at how you run things again and if you cant fix problems that you cause you shouldnt be in business

I purchased the 120 litre Outdoor Storage Box. No tools required assembly? You have to be joking! After a light tap with a hammer to help join the ends to the sides and bottom (the 2nd step in the instructions) as we could NOT get the flanges into the slots by hand, a piece of plastic broke and splintered, rendering the whole thing USELESS, I am left with several flat pieces of rubbish plastic rectangles! Also they did not include one piece (the handle) $89 plus postage down the toilet. Thanks so much "New Aim", by the way your phone number is no longer is no longer connected. I wonder why?
