Provides a comprehensive recruitment service tailored to the specific needs of individual clients across a range of heavy industry sectors. By working to a simple philosophy of delivering real service to our clientele and candidates alike we maximise the opportunities to obtain the "right person for the right position". In delivering the right people we assist clients nationally and internationally, with a variety of critical activities such as feasibility studies, FEED, construction, commissioning and acceptance within Infrastructure Development, Manufacturing, Mining, Minerals Processing, Oil & Gas (upstream & downstream), Power Generation & Distribution, Government (Local & State), Process O&M and ICT. Impact provides both focused permanent staff recruitment, and specialised fixed-term consultants (contractors) in Engineering, Design, Technical and Supervisory roles.
