General Store
Built by the CN Railway in 1867 as the Kilworthy Rail Station the General Store was established in 1872 and operated as a community general store until a few years ago. Simon and Michelle Clermont purchased the property in December 2010 and intend to have a grand opening on May 21, 2011 to start the summer off with a community bar-b-que. The store will carry home baked goods, local arts and crafts, snacks and household necessities.
