We paid in full and they promised to fit blinds within 1 week. The person that measured the house got the measurements wrong on 2 windows and they promised to rectify them within a week. It is now 3 weeks later and we are chasing them up and receiving smart [censored word removed] replies like "we are not sure, we need to order materials" Their customer service team is absolutely shocking, today there was a lady answering phones and filling in for the receptionist and she was an absolute tool, admittedly she mentioned that she was from the customer service team. From one business owner to another, I suggest phone recording service so that you can see how your customers are being treated. Worst service ever.........
