Ballet (Graded): This is a set of graded classes that is based on the RAD syllabus which is recognized globally for the instruction of ballet. Break dancing: A form of solo dancing that involves rapid acrobatic moves in which different parts of the body touch the ground; normally performed to the rhythm of rap music. Beat the Beat (Adult): This is a cardio based class that is energized with a hip hop base that keeps you moving. Follow along to some fun music and new and exciting moves......
