Lumina provides effective and affordable psychological counselling (based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for a variety of disorders. There are many techniques used in counselling therapy. Lumina Counselling uses the most current and effective interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is the most evidence-based of all non-drug therapies. This is a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented approach. My training and experience allow me to assist with a variety of disorders, including the following: depression, anxiety, phobia, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, chemical and behavioural addictions, anger regulation, and stress control. Moreover, a large portion of our clientele benefit from counselling to do with marital or couples' issues.
