Took boat in for transom replacement. Half the bolts leaked when I put it in water, so had to pull out and bring back to town. I thought he would have tested it prior to accepting payment, but clearly that's not the case. Showed no interest in remedying the problem at all. Indifferent is the word I would use. Ended up paying to get the leaks stopped somewhere else. Sad......
