Deaf ears. THEY HAVE 60 DAY RETURN POLICY. But you have to pay the return cost, in our case this would have cost $280 above the already $150 we paid. Note: (our son signed for it and it came in a wooden crate, plus it was a gift.) So we did not know it was damaged as bad as it was until it was opened. I have requested a replacement unit or refund of freight as compensation. I know thing happen and I,m not blaming them for the damaged, but surelly when then is a accident the cost of rectifying so...
