Two years and 100 bricks later (attempted bread recipes) I am now open for business. 100% Gluten Free breads, pastries, cookies and a few more items are now available to the public. This is a Home Based food industry business run and operated by me (Hal). My passion for cooking/baking and my and my wife's challenge with gluten has propelled me to create and bake products that rival any glutinous item on any grocery store or traditional bakery shelf. I can only take phone orders and deliver door to door as per city ordinances, oh well, life goes on. Another challenge...BRING IT... The plan is to move to a zoned commercial residential location so I can transform this bakery into a Bistro Extraordinaire with a home-style setting. Sounds good?
